- In case of a scooter malfunction, contact Ola Electric Customer Care on 080-33113311.
- The care team will request you to bring the scooter to an OLA-authorized service garage or arrange for a door-to-door (home) repair/replacement (only under special circumstances)* along with the certificate of warranty mailed to you.
- If the part is covered under the extended warranty, the garage will check for the validity & applicability of the same & repair/replace the relevant part free of charge.
